<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a level difference pinching a strut in the lateral frame adjacent to handrails or a fence installed on a inclined ground or a stair. <P>SOLUTION: In the relation of a strut 1 and a lateral frame 21 connecting it at a specified angle, a line connecting a fixed point on the axial line of the strut 1 and the lateral frame 21 horizontally arranged is made to be the bottom side and the connection line connecting the lateral frame of the maximum inclined angle is made to be an inclined line. A right angled triangle in which the fastening position of a bolt nut 5 with the lateral frame joint 4 is made to be a vertical side is supposed. The level difference L1 of the vertical side in which a long hole 32 arranged in the fitting base plate 31 of the strut bracket 3 changes according to the screwing position is made so as for a long hole 35 of a connecting protrusion 34 to absorb the horizontal difference L2 between the long and short length of the oblique side varying according to the screwing position between the range from horizontal position of the lateral frame 21 to the maximum inclined angle.
