<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-analog converting circuit capable of highly accurately converting an analog signal corresponding to digital data even if each transistor has variations, a digital-analog converting circuit capable of improving display quantity by suppressing variations in data signals to be outputted from a data line driving circuit, an electrooptic apparatus, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A reference current generating circuit SK is configured by a transistor Qref for constant current and first and second reference current generating transistors Qv1, Qv2.
