<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, in particular, thin projection device and to provide an electronic equipment which includes the projection device and is capable of projecting images. <P>SOLUTION: The projection device includes: a first face 111 which allows light to enter; a second face 112 which forms a wedge angle θ with the first face 111 and is located corresponding to at least the first face 111 which allows light to enter; a light guide 110 by which light entering the first face 111 is guided in the direction of an end face 114 on the emission side while allowed to repeat reflection and the total reflection between the first face 111 and at least the second face 112; and a projection lens 120 disposed near the end face 114 on the emission side and projects light emitted from the end face 114 on the emission side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
