<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal silicon in which the quality of a p<SP>+</SP>-type semiconductor region being used as a BSF structure is enhanced, and to provide a photoelectric converter, e.g. a solar cell, exhibiting an especially high efficiency using crystal silicon. <P>SOLUTION: The crystal silicon has a p<SP>+</SP>-type semiconductor region containing oxygen in which the concentration of aluminium and the concentration of boron are distributed with an identical trend in the depth direction. The photoelectric converter has a p<SP>+</SP>-type semiconductor region in crystal silicon functioning as a BSF structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
