PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing-section manufacturing device and a fixing-section manufacturing method for a tendon capable of easily manufacturing the length of a fixing section for a tendon accurately. SOLUTION: In the fixing-section manufacturing device 1 for the tendon 6 used when the fixing section is manufactured for constructing the structure of prestressed concrete with a sheathed pipe 5 inserted into the tendon 6 and the fixing section formed of the tendon 6 projected from the end section of the sheathed pipe 5, the manufacturing device 1 is composed of a fixture 2 positioning the end section of the tendon 6 and a movable type restraining tool 3 restraining the movement of an annular firm ring 4 installed at the end section of the fixing section. In the manufacturing device 1, the movable type restraining tool 3 is moved in response to the length of the tendon 6 at a site forming the fixing section, and can be fixed at the position.
