PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a rotation body of a printing machine while manufacturing cost is decreased. SOLUTION: A cleaning start button 23 is turned on, low speed driving instruction is outputted to a motor driver 33 to drive a printing machine at a low speed. A valve 30 for feeding cleaning liquid is turned on to jet cleaning liquid to a washing cloth and the washing cloth is pushed on a surface of a rubber cylinder. Ink or paper dust on the surface of the rubber cylinder are wiped off with the washing cloth and the washing cloth is separated from the surface of the rubber cylinder. Thereafter, an instruction for driving at a high speed is outputted to a motor driver 33, the rubber cylinder is rotated at a high speed being a drying speed, and a surface of the rubber cylinder is dried.
