PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solder product that holds product properties free from deterioration for a long period, that dispenses with storage requirements, waiting time or the like, and that has high quality as well as excellent storability and workability, in a solder product containing powder solder and flux, and also to provide the usage of this solder product. SOLUTION: The solder product containing powder solder and flux is such that the powder solder and the flux are separately provided and mixed to form a mixture at the time of use.
