PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize, at a lower cost, and realize a higher thrust force of a slide device which incorporates an appropriate direct action motor used in the field that requires positioning of linear action. SOLUTION: The device comprises a moving member yoke 406, a moving member magnet 407 bonded to the moving member yoke 406, a motor coil 408 wound on a bobbin, a stator yoke teeth 405 of magnetic material, a guide rail 403 of non-magnetic body, and a stator yoke 404 of magnetic material. The guide rail 403 is interposed between the moving member magnet 407 and the motor coil 408 so that the moving member 407 approaches the stator yoke teeth 405. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
