PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the insertion angle of an insertion port in the case of inserting electric equipment to a placing base in the placing base of portable electric equipment or the like. SOLUTION: The placing base is constituted of a placing base 1, a space 14 formed at the placing base 1, an insertion port pedestal 5 inserted and fixed to the space 14 to make it possible to mount the electric equipment, a plurality of screw holes 13 formed at the almost same angle relative to the surface of a placing base body on the placing base 1, and a plurality of attaching pedestals 4 formed with through-holes 10 for inserting screws 7 for fixing the insertion port pedestal 5 to the placing base and provided on the insertion port pedestal 5 forming angles therebetween.
