PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage showcase by which a limited space in the beverage showcase is effectively utilized, the showcase is not required to be largely altered even when the size and shape of a beverage vessels is changed, and heating or cooling beverage is promoted. SOLUTION: The beverage showcase (1) heating or cooling the vessel (5) with beverage by placing the vessels on a hot plate (4) consisting of a hot or cold plate includes a plurality of planar heat transfer promoting boards (6) erected from the hot platen and arranged to enclose the vessels. A pair of connection members (7, 8) are arranged at each one end of both the sides of the hot plate, so as to be attachable/detachable, where a plurality of groove parts (9) for disposing the heat transfer promoting boards (6) are formed at interval.
