PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire wear resisting performance measuring device capable of accurately measuring tire grounding pressure and sliding amount, and accurately estimating/detecting wear of a tire grounding surface by analyzing tire wear energy. SOLUTION: The tire wear resisting performance measuring device comprises a grounding base 1 for rolling a tire, a cylindrical tube member 4 disposed in a hole portion 3 formed on the tire grounding surface 2 of the grounding base 1 and having an upper end surface 4a on the same surface as the tire grounding surface 2, an optically transparent cylinder member 5 disposed in the cylindrical tube member 4 and having an upper end surface 5a of the same surface as the tire grounding surface 2, a grounding pressure measuring device 6 detecting the grounding pressure of a tread portion of the tire through the cylindrical tube member 4, an irradiating/shooting means 7 irradiating/shooting the tread portion of the traveling tire through the optically transparent cylinder member 5, and image processing means 8 calculating moving amount of the tread portion by a shot image.
