PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily connect with a desired party while sharing common connection information. SOLUTION: A disk drive 34 acquires content information such as content length and content reproduction time relating to contents from a disk 2 with the contents stored thereon. On the basis of the acquired content information, a CPU 31 calculates connection information such as SSID (service set identifier) and WEP (wired equivalent privacy) key to be used for connection with the other communication device such as the other personal computer.
