PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshine recorder capable of reducing measurement errors even though the scattered sunshine varies irregularly depending on the weather. SOLUTION: The sunshine recorder is provided with a 1st and a 2nd photoelectric transducers 16a and 16b, wherein intervals in which the 1st photoelectric transducer 16a receives direct incident light and scattered light, and the 2nd photoelectric transducer 16b receives only the scattered light, and intervals in which the 1st photoelectric transducer 16a receives only the scattered light and the 2nd photoelectric transducer receives the direct incident light and the scattered light are alternately set during the period of time the sun shine can be observed.
