PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the input of refuse or the like to the opening part of an incinerator or the like from the opening part of a liftable bucket. SOLUTION: In the device having an input opening part 3 for refuse or the like formed at the upper part of the incinerator for incinerating the refuse or the like placed on the ground, a rail member is arranged to extend from the ground to the opening part 3, and the liftable bucket 20 is arranged along the rail member. The bucket 20 includes a back opening part 23 for discharging refuse or the like. A horizontal shaft 24a is provided at the lower end part 23a of the back opening part 23, and a sheet-like guide member 24 for refuse or the like is provided rotatably around the horizonal shaft 24a. A shielding member 14 for closing the back opening part 23 when the back opening part 23 is located in a position lower than the position of the opening part 3 is arranged along the rail member. When the bucket 20 is raised and the position of the back opening part 23 reaches the position of the opening part 3, the guide member 24 is rotated and falls into the opening part 3.
