A combustion engine air inlet mass flow sensor (1) has a housing with additional channel inlet and outlet and is placed in the main channel (2) with a plastic concave horizontal guide plate (13) moulded in one piece with the main channel in the recirculation area so as to guarantee a definite sensor flow in pulsed back flow.
