<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cell culture designed to suppress the variation of culture conditions in culturing chamber(s) in making a treatment such as medium exchange. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cell culture comprises using at least one culturing chamber 4 equipped with an openable door 4a and a plurality of housing parts 51 for unloadably housing a plurality of culture vessels 3 containing cells and culturing the cells by maintaining the inside of the culturing chamber(s) 4 under specified culture conditions after closing the door 4a. In this method, the culturing chamber(s) 4 is housed with a smaller number of the culture vessels 3 than the housing parts 51, and when the door 4a is opened and the culture vessels 3 are loaded into one of the housing parts 51, the other culture vessels 3 are unloaded from the other housing parts 51 in the above culturing chamber(s) 4 followed by closing the door 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
