<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread scheduling mechanism for processor resource power management. <P>SOLUTION: A real-time operating system (100) runs on a processor (110) and dynamically manages power states of individual circuits or resources (122) together with the processor (110). Consequently, power to a specific circuit (122) may be broken in the case that the specific circuit (122) is not required. In the case that a circuit (122) is cut off, arbitrary configuration information or other type of data can be saved before power-off.
