<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for circularly moving as a washing technique and a method therefor for effectively washing clothing, dishes, utensils, a human body, or anything to be washed, employing a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The objective effect is attained by moving a vessel itself circularly to stir the inside of the vessel.
