PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic component for a plurality of high precision magnetic poles, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This magnetic component for a plurality of magnetic poles where the plurality of magnetic poles are generated has a substrate 100, and a circuit 110 formed on the surface of the substrate 100. A current input terminal 111 to be connected to a current source and a current output terminal 112 are provided on the uppermost layer, and the circuit on each layer has a serpentine structure for providing a current flowing along the mutually opposite direction so as to generates magnetic poles where positive and negative poles are arranged alternately, and the circuits on a plurality of layers are arranged so that magnetic field distributions of the circuits on each layer are superposed in the mutually reinforcing state.
