摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber with a function of transmission of electric power between sprung and unsprung portions with favorable transmission efficiency of electric power. SOLUTION: A coil 1 is mold-fixed between a rebound stopper 23 of an outer circumferential face of a piston rod 20 and a piston 17, and harnesses 6a and 6b connected to terminals of the coil 1 are extended to an upper end of the piston rod 20 via a center hole 21. In an inner circumferential face of an inner tube, a coil 2 is mold-fixed in an end cap 12 side position. Harnesses 7a and 7b connected to terminals of the coil 2 are extended to an outer circumferential face of an outer tube 11 from the end cap and through holes 33A and 33B of the outer tube. The piston rod has a magnetically permeable ring 5a in a lower end side of the coil 1 in an upper side of the piston, and the inner tube has a magnetically permeable ring 5b below the end cap. The piston rod, the magnetically permeable ring 5b, the inner tube, and the magnetically permeable ring 5a are composed of a soft magnetic material, and they compose a closed magnetic flux path going around center parts of concentric coils 1 and 2, and outer sides of both.
