PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction that in a portable terminal device, etc., such a strong external force as a gouging force has been so applied to its external terminal conventionally as to pattern-peel its external connection terminal from its printed wiring board. SOLUTION: Each inverse-U-shaped 5 charging terminal 4 is so mounted on a printed wiring board 6 as to cover with it each external connection terminal 7 mounted on the printed wiring board 6. A rear cover 1 is so fitted with a front case 8 wherein the printed wiring board 6 is stored as to couple both to each other by screws 10. External terminals 11 are connected respectively with the external connection terminals 7 exposed to the external from opening portions 3, 9 for the external connection terminals 7. Although when so moving up and down each external terminal 11 as to gouge each external connection terminal 7 it is moved in the direction of peeling it from the printed wiring board 6, since it abuts against each charging terminal 4 covering it, the printed wiring board 6 so follows the movement of each external terminal 11 as to block the force applied to each external connection terminal 7 in the direction of peeling it from the board 6.
