PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a pixel signal by suppressing the fluctuation of reference voltage and noise superimposed upon the reference voltage in a solid-state imaging device for scanning a plurality of unit cells for converting light into an electric signal to obtain the pixel signal. SOLUTION: Capacitors C1 to C5 receive pixel signals outputted from a pixel array circuit 1 through one terminal and store the pixel signals. In an operational amplifier Z1, the other terminals of the capacitors C1 to C5 are connected to a positive phase terminal to which reference voltage Vref is inputted. Switches SW1 to SW5 are connected between the one terminals of the capacitors C1 to C5 and a negative phase terminal of the operational amplifier Z1, and turned on/off in accordance with a request for reading the pixel signals. Since this inputs the fluctuation of the reference voltage Vref or noise superimposed upon the reference voltage Vref to the positive phase terminal and also inputs it to the negative phase terminal through the capacitors C1 to C5, the fluctuation of the reference voltage Vref and the noise superimposed upon the reference voltage Vref are suppressed.
