PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable color evaluation by solving the problem of secular deterioration with respect to evaluation and measurement of a fluorescent ink. SOLUTION: In this color chart, a fluorescent color chip 111 formed from a color material including a fluorescent material and an evaluation color chip 112 having a CIELAB value equivalent to that of the fluorescent color chip 111, including no fluorescent material, and formed from a color material hardly deteriorated are arranged. The color difference between the two color chips is determined by this fluorescence deterioration determination device or visually, to thereby know the degree of deterioration of the fluorescent color chip 111.
