PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a mass sensor for facilitating an accurate DNA inspection and the attachment/detachment of a piezoelectric monocrystal substrate. SOLUTION: A sensor element is detachably fixed in a holder part by being held between polymeric elastic materials made by alternately and continuously arranging electric conductive materials and insulation materials. Therefore, after performing reactant attaching work only on the sensor element, it can be easily attached to a holder to greatly enlarge flexibility on a reactive substance and its attaching work. By using a rubber-like highly elastic material as the elastic materials, packing properties are bettered, no liquid leakage occurs, restrictions due to leaking vibrations disappear, and highly stable oscillated vibrations are provided.
