摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase in facility cost and to improve the reliability of operation. SOLUTION: This cooling system comprises a pipe-to-pipe heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a first pipe 28 extended from a liquid receiver 7 to a heat absorber 9 and a second pipe 29 extended from the heat absorber 9 to a primary compressor 6. A secondary circulating system 2 comprises a secondary compressor 14, a heat radiator 15, a secondary internal heat exchange portion 5 for performing heat exchange between a primary circulating system 1 and the secondary circulating system 2, and a secondary expander 18 interposed between the heat radiator 15 and the secondary internal heat exchange portion 5. The pipe-to-pipe heat exchanger comprises the first pipe 28, the second pipe 29 arranged adjacently to the first pipe 28, and a heat insulator 31 for covering the first pipe 28 and the second pipe 29. The pipe-to-pipe heat exchanger is not provided as a special heat exchanger, but constructed with the necessarily present first pipe 28 and second pipe 29 being mutually adjacent, and it can be provided at work expenses substantially equal to the construction cost of a piping work.
