PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated valve of high productivity and low noise without damaging a valve and a valve body when brazing, as it makes not to flow out the molten wax to the channel in the valve body at the time of brazing. SOLUTION: The motor operated valve 11 equips a valve body 10 adjusting the flow rate by the valve 14 that touches or separates to the valve seat in a upper valve room 11a, a can 30 incorporating a rotor 21 that is fixed to the valve body 10 and touches or separates the valve 14 to the valve seat, and an actuator 20 that is fit on the can 30 and rotates a rotor 21. A seat hole 13 formed in the valve seat is composed of the first taper 13a, and opens the second taper 13b expanding to the side of an outflow pipe. Also, an inclined part 31a is formed to the end circumference of the pipe 31 that fixes it to the pipe fitting hole 10a of the valve body 10.
