PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body cowl top structure of high strength capable of sufficiently countering also force generated in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, while improving workability. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of a cowl top upper 20 supporting a lower side of windshield of the vehicle body along a vehicle width direction and provided with a flange part formed at each of front and rear ends of the vehicle body, a cowl top inner 30 coupled with each flange part to form closed section with the cowl top upper 20 in the vehicle width direction, and a cowl top lower 40 provided with a box part 50 formed into a box shape opened to an upper side of the vehicle body by extending a vehicle body front side part to a front side of the windshield in the vehicle width direction and a panel part 41 formed into a panel shape to divide the closed section into two by connecting each flange part by a vehicle body rear side part.
