PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously flow new radiator liquid into a pipe and to prevent incorporation of air. SOLUTION: A main cock 3 is disposed in a central part of the pipe 1 of a handle, the radiator liquid from a water pump of an engine is connected to the main cock 3 through a pipe, is made flow into the pipe 1, and is returned to an engine body with the other pipe.
