PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance tack between thermoplastic resin and an unvulcanized rubber composition when both members are laminated. SOLUTION: The laminated product of the thermoplastic resin and vulcanized rubber obtained by sticking the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic resin laminated product and the unvulcanized rubber composition and vulcanizing them is characterized in that the unvalcanized rubber composition formulated with a multi-sulfide compound-containing organic compound capable of vulcanizing diene based rubber is used.
