PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision for condition diagnosis of a rotary equipment to cope with sufficient maintenance. SOLUTION: A condition diagnostic means 20 condition-diagnoses the presence of abnormality or a sign of the abnormality, based on a displacement, a speed, an acceleration and a vibration spectral data collected from the rotary equipment and based on an impact data collected from a bearing or the like of the rotary equipment, by comparing them with respective reference values thereof. A diagnostic result notifying means 22 notifies a diagnostic result, and a maintenance frequency in the every rotary equipment defined according to the diagnostic result.
