Disclosed are a mixed fiber fleece, which is used especially as a filling material for bedding articles, upholstery furniture, automobile interiors, or as an insulating or damping material, and a method for producing such a mixed fiber fleece. The inventive mixed fiber fleece maintains, for an extended period of time, the properties corresponding to the new state thereof, which is achieved by the fact that the mixed fiber fleece is made of a mixture of fine synthetic fibers, such as polyester fibers, and kapok fibers. |
