PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system that can control a temperature in a heated room to a set temperature without causing a feeling of coolness in the heated room. SOLUTION: The heating system has heating type circulating means J for creating a circulating flow in which air drawn in from a heated room A is heated in a heater 9 and led into the heated room A, and controlling means H for controlling the operation of the circulating means J; and the controlling means H operate the circulating means J to execute a heating operation in response to a heating operation command. In the heating operation, the controlling means H control the operation of the circulating means J in dependence on a detected temperature of air drawn in from the heated room A to create a target conditioning state, which relates a controlled temperature about the detected temperature and a controlled circulating flow rate so that the controlled circulating flow rate lowers from a standard flow rate as the controlled temperature rises from a standard target temperature.
