PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorized vehicle and a charging system for motorized vehicles that is capable of charging an on-vehicle battery and prevents dusts or the like from entering into an on-vehicle connector provided in the motorized vehicle. SOLUTION: A motorized bicycle 10 includes an on-vehicle connector 12 for charging an on-vehicle battery, wherein the connection between a supply connector 13 in a charger for a motorized vehicle outside the vehicle and the on-vehicle connector 12 is established. On a connection port 12a with the supply connector 13 in the on-vehicle connector 12, a shutter 16 is provided for keeping the connection port 12a closed when the supply connector 13 is not connected thereto, while for opening the connection port 12a when the supply connector 13 is connected thereto.
