PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unneeded outflow of hot water from a backflow preventer by detecting the frozen state of a re-heating pipe. SOLUTION: A hot-water supply bath device comprises a hot water supply circuit 8 via a heat exchanger 7 for supplying hot water; a re-heating circuit 16 via a heat exchanger 18 for re-heating; a flow rate sensor 24 for supplying hot water for detecting the flow rate of the hot water supply circuit 8; a hot water pouring circuit 33 for pouring hot water heated by the heat exchanger 7 for supplying hot water via a poured water solenoid valve 21 branched from the hot water supply circuit 8, the flow rate sensor 24 for supplying hot water, the backflow preventer 22, and a check valve 23; and a controlling means 24. In the hot-water supply bath device, a controlling means 34 performs the closing operation of the poured water solenoid valve 21, based on the detection flow rate of the a flow rate sensor 2 for supplying hot water and the flow rate sensor 24 for pouring hot water when the poured water solenoid valve 21 is being closed, and stops water pouring operation to the re-heating circuit 16.
