PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized safety valve device which can attain rapid opening operation in an emergency while suppressing press force to a displacement inhibiting means which inhibits opening operation in a normal situation to be small. SOLUTION: A valve body 26 displacement-driven from a closing position 42 to an opening position 43 due to melting of a fuse piece 28 receives resultant force of press force by primary pressure P1 of a gas introduced into a primary port 56 in the state where the valve body 26 is arranged in a position nearer the opening position 43 including a fluid drive starting position between the closing position 42 and the opening position 43. The valve body 26 is configured so that, in the state where the valve body 26 is arranged in a position nearer the closing position 42 than the fluid drive starting position, the resultant force of the press force by the primary pressure P1 applied to an opening direction X1 is small as compared with the state where the valve body is arranged in a position nearer the opening position 43 including the fluid drive starting position.
