PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation performance of an internal combustion engine by giving activity to combustion structuring component molecules to propel evaporation of fuel and generating good air-fuel mixture condition to improve combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: Ceramic powder of a radioactive material containing an uranium series nuclide and a thorium series nuclide at 5-50% of weight ratio in relation to the oil resistant coating liquid.
