PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer liquid state detector capable of detecting a state of the washer liquid while reducing the cost of a washer liquid tank. SOLUTION: The washer liquid state detector detects a load condition of a pump 14 for delivering the washer liquid. Based on the detection result, a washer liquid state determining section 30 determines depletion of the washer liquid in a small load state, or determines an abnormal state such as block or freezing of the washer liquid in an overload state.
