PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor drain treatment device capable of preventing floating suspension 6 or settled suspension 10 from being re-diffused in compressor drain 16 in a treatment tank when oil content is separated and removed as the suspension from the compressor drain with fine oil contents suspended therein. SOLUTION: In this treatment device, the inlet part 19a of the compressor drain 16 and the outlet part 14a of treatment water are formed in the lower part of the treatment tank 1, a pyramid-shaped floating suspension thickening unit 5 is provided on the upper part of the treatment tank 1, and the discharge unit 8 of the floating suspension 6 communicates with the top part 5a of the unit. A pyramid-shaped settled suspension thickening unit 9 is provided below the outlet part 14a of treatment water 21 in the treatment tank 1, and a discharge part 9a of the settled suspension 10 is formed in a bottom part of the settled suspension thickening unit 9.
