CLEANING METHOD FOR HARDLY-GAS/WATER-PERMEABLE CONTAMINATED SOIL AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method for hardly-gas/water-permeable contaminated soil capable of certainly and efficiently recovering a contaminant existing in a hardly gas/water permeation layer, and a system. SOLUTION: The cleaning system 1 for the hardly-water-permeable contaminated soil is provided with a steel piling section 20 as a vibrator and a vibro-hammer 10 mounted to an upper end of the steel piling section; an air pressure-introduction mechanism 5 for forcedly introducing air to a contaminated area 4 contaminated with the contaminant 3 such as oil and dioxins or volatile organic chlorine compounds of an unsaturated hardly gas/water permeation layer 2 existing above underground water level positioned in a saturated layer 6; and a gas treatment facility 13 for sucking the contaminant 3 with air after the introduced air is raised through an unsaturated gas permeation layer 7 while the introduced air carries the contaminant 3. A lower end of the steel piling section 20 is buried in the contaminated area 4 of the unsaturated hardly gas/water permeation layer 2 and vibration can be imparted to soil particles in the contaminated area 4 by driving/operating the vibro-hammer 10.
