PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet in which the performance of wiping off dust or the like is excellent, the effect of wiping off moisture spilt on a floor surface or the like is also excellent and the effect of wiping off the dust or the like is not lowered even after wiping off the moisture. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet of this invention is composed of at least an intermediate layer mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers, and an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer containing hydrophobic fibers respectively laminated on both surfaces of the intermediate layer, and is provided with 4 to 10,000 through-holes per 100 cm<SP>2</SP>, whose diameter is 0.1 to 10 mm and passing through the intermediate layer, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer.
