PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally communicate data by preventing the concentration of communication in communication equipment for communication between a specific communication opposite party through a network. SOLUTION: Facsimile equipment 1 sets a time when the input of a set item such as a communication allowable time band etc. is finished to be a time to be determined, and determines whether or not the time of to be determined is included in a set communication allowable time band(S400). Then, in the case of determining that the time to be determined is not included in the communication allowable time band (S400:NO), addition candidates 1 to 3 (refer to (B)) are selected to the time to be determined to be added or subtracted one by one to change the time of to be determined (S410 and S420) to determine again whether or not the changed time to be determined is included in the communication allowable time band. In the case of determining that the time to be determined is included in the communication allowable time band (S400:YES), the time of to be determined is set to be a time for starting communication (S430).
