PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house interphone system that informs a resident in a room of a house and a concierge in an administrative room about a utilizing state of a delivery box periodically or in real time to obtain their confirmation. SOLUTION: In a plurality of living room master units 2a, 2b..., and an administrative room master unit 3 controlled by a control unit 6 together with a multiple entrance unit 1 and the delivery box 4, each of the living room master units displays the utilizing state of the delivery box transmitted from the delivery box or a delivery center 5 via the control unit and addressed to its own house on a living room master unit display section 23. On the other hand, the administrative room master unit 3 displays the utilizing state of the delivery box transmitted from the delivery box or the delivery center 5 via the control unit onto an administrative room master unit display section 33, a administrative room master unit voice synthesis circuit 35 outputs the utilizing state of the delivery box in voice and also allows the living room master unit display section of the living room master unit to display the use of the delivery box for a long time and allows a living room master unit voice synthesis circuit 25 outputs the use of the delivery box for a long time to draw the attention of the resident.
