PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out reduction of the number of parts and reduction of assembling man-hours by removing a middle cap from a conventional structure, and improve an assembling structure so as to secure a sure connection state between a fusible body and terminal fittings. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical fuse with a terminal in which a cap part 5a of the cap-integrated type terminal fittings 5 is fitted into both ends of an insulating cylinder 1, into which an arc extinguisher 4 is filled after the fusible body 2 is stretched between the cap parts of the terminal fittings, a recess 5b is formed on an outer side end face of the cap part of the terminal fitting, a through-hole 5c is opened at the center of the recess, both ends of the fusible body stretched in the insulating cylinder through the hole is laid and joined to a bottom face of the recessed place, and by fitting a cap plate 6 into the recess, the cylindrical fuse is assembled in such a state that a fuse interior is in a sealed state.
