PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation load for designating the destination in broadcast mail preparation. SOLUTION: When an electronic mail is transmitted or received, the combination information of the addresses of all patterns making pairs is prepared from addresses such as To, Cc, and Bcc designated in the electronic mail except the address of the terminal itself, and stored into a memory part. When a new mail is prepared, the stored combination information is retrieved based on the designated destination addresses, and the relevant combination information is extracted as destination address candidates, and the extracted destination address candidates are displayed in the order of their significance.
