PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tester for a body to be tested to enhance determination accuracy. SOLUTION: This tester for a body to be tested used to measure endurance test data on the body is equipped with a monitor means (CRT 29) for monitoring the endurance test data according to a prescribed test mode, a data storage means 902 stored with a test data G(Xm, n) row monitored by the monitor means, a threshold setting means (personal computer 9) for setting maximum and minimum threshold rows, rnmax and rnmin with a prescribed allowable width with time along a test data row on an initial endurance test stored in the storage means 902, and a determination means (personal computer 9) for determining whether a present value at a present time point in the endurance test exceeds the thresholds at the same time point on a same time series of the initial endurance test.
