<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store content of a message notebook for performing information exchange between a protector of a person to be cared and a staff of a care facility into a recording medium in an easy-to-look form. <P>SOLUTION: A facility database 3a, a communication item writing database 3b, and an image database 3c or the like are connected to an information processing server 2. A display screen generation part 11 of the information processing server 2 generates a message notebook screen by use of information stored in each the database 3a, 3b, 3c according to access from a facility terminal or a cared person terminal, and makes the cared person terminal or the facility terminal display it. When a request of the effect of recording the content of the message notebook into the recording medium is made from the protector of the person to be cared or the staff of the care facility, a recording data output part 13 of the information processing server 2 extracts necessary information from the databases 3a, 3b, 3c written according thereto, edits it into a medium-recording data format, and outputs it to a disk drive device 21 or a printer 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
