<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which is excellent for treating skin damages and skin diseases, enhancing the regeneration of cells, and promoting the proliferation of hair. <P>SOLUTION: This volatile fraction from the seeds of soy beans (Glycine max (L) Merr.), prepared by the processes comprising the following steps: (a) supplying the crude extract of the seeds to an alcohol solution containing an alcohol in a concentration of less than about 15 wt. % or to water; and (b) evaporating the crude extract at an atmospheric pressure of less than about one atmospheric pressure and at a temperature of about 110°C to obtain the volatile fraction; and having peaks at retention times of 2.910, 5.190, 13.190 and 50.815 min in HPCL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
