PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic treatment apparatus capable of easily cutting a molded waste plastic in a molten state. SOLUTION: The heated and melted waste plastic (waste plastic melt 70) is compression-molded by molding rolls 52 and 54 and a cooling/molding table 48 while cooled by the cooling/molding table 48. Subsequently, the molded waste plastic (waste plastic molded body 72) is cut by a cutter 58. In this case, air is blown against the waste plastic molded body 72 and the blade surface 58A of the cutter 58 by a cooling blower 56 and cooled.
