<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock protective device which automatically moves a shutter to a closing position upon drawing of an ignition key, thereby dispensing with shutter operation by an operating section, and contributes to improvement in crime preventive effect by eliminating the bothersome shutter closing operation. <P>SOLUTION: The cylinder lock protective device is formed of a housing 1; the shutter 2 which is movable between the closing position and an opening position in the housing 1, so as to block a keyhole in the closing position and to open the keyhole in the opening position; a locking means 4 for locking the shutter 2 in the closing position; a magnet key MK for canceling the locking achieved by the locking means 4 and moving the shutter 2 from the closing position to the opening position; and a rotating member 5.
