PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in mounting an one-way clutch having a retainer and a sprag, on an annular space between inner and outer rings. SOLUTION: This assembling fixture 15 has a guide hole 18, an inclination angleθ1 of a first inclined face 22 at a lead-in opening 20 side, of its inner peripheral face 19 is determined to be larger than an inclination angleθ2 of a second inclined face 23 at a lead-out opening 21 side, and a diameter D1 of the lead-in opening 20 is larger than a maximum diameter Dm of the one-way clutch 8 in an attitude where the sprag 6 is stood along the radial direction. Whereby any sprag 6 can be smoothly inserted from the lead-in opening 20 into the guide hole 18 without kept into contact with an edge part of the lead-in opening 20, the workability can be improved, and the increase of a height of the assembling fixture 15 in comparison with a conventional one, becomes unnecessary by applying the first inclined face 22 having the large inclination angleθ1 as a part of a peripheral wall of the guide hole 18.
